Employees of the Month | March 2024

The Employee of the Month program aims to acknowledge employees who go above and beyond in their service and exhibit exceptional work, a positive attitude, and a supportive demeanor. Lucas Oil Center is proud to acknowledge the employees of the month from both our Eastside and Westside locations along with the Nitro Wash.

To be selected for this recognition, employees must meet standards in four key areas: Attitude and Commitment, People Skills, Work Performance, and Personal Traits. We felt that these people exemplify these qualities, making a positive impact on both our customers and their co-workers.

Lucas Oil Center East March 2024 Employee of the Month, Robby Mann, Lube Technician

Robby Mann has been with us since mid January. Rob comes in every day and gives 110% in every aspect of his job. He is always staying on top of the vehicle needs that we see everyday. He researches specs on when to perform services so that he can relay accurate information to the customers.

Robby takes initiative in everyday situations, has great customer service and is always willing to stay after or come in early to help the shop and the guys.

Nitro Wash March 2024 Employee of the Month, Alec Knies, Night Manager

Alec Knies has been a huge asset to the wash as he has moved up the ranks over the past couple of years. A consistent and dedicated worker, Alec helps co-lead our crew and performs daily maintenance that keeps us in top shape.

Alec is also a full time student, studying Finance at USI. Alec excels at every task given to him and we are so grateful for all his hard work. We couldn’t do it without him!

Lucas Oil Center West March 2024 Employee of the Month, Jordan Brown, Lube Technician

Jordan Brown is currently attending USI for business management while working almost full time for us. He is always upbeat and happy to be here and always early for his shift. He’s extremely dependable and is willing to work anytime he is available.

Jordan is eager to learn as much as possible. He actively seeks more knowledge about services and vehicles so he can improve his ability to aid our customers.
