Employees of the Month | February 2024

The Employee of the Month program aims to acknowledge employees who go above and beyond in their service and exhibit exceptional work, a positive attitude, and a supportive demeanor. Lucas Oil Center is proud to acknowledge the employees of the month from both our Eastside and Westside locations along with the Nitro Wash.

To be selected for this recognition, employees must meet standards in four key areas: Attitude and Commitment, People Skills, Work Performance, and Personal Traits. We felt that these people exemplify these qualities, making a positive impact on both our customers and their co-workers.

Will Bartley is a Lube Technician who has been with Lucas Oil Center since December. Will is constantly looking to learn more and grow within our company. His infectious positive attitude always improves the mood of everyone around him. He excels at customer service and always ensure all of the customer’s needs are always met. 

Will’s hobbies include being a leader at his church’s youth group every Sunday and rapping under the name Beast Mode Bart on Spotify. He is an asset to the shop that we love to watch grow every single day.

Connor Dumanski is self-motivated and likes to stay busy. He has caught on very quickly to our Carwash Procedures in the short time he has been with us. Connor is always willing to pick up shifts when needed and has proven that he is always dependable.

Connor cares about his work, his fellow employees, and is always eager to learn more. He is a great addition to our team! 

Tabitha “Tabs” Brown is a Service Desk Representative but she is always willing to help with whatever is needed. Always smiling and upbeat, Tabs makes sure our customers feel welcome and comfortable. She also helps keep “the boys” in the shop in line day-to-day.

Tabs goes above and beyond with whatever is asked of her. She is a team player and a tremendous asset to our company.
