Employees of the Month | January 2024

The Employee of the Month program aims to acknowledge employees who go above and beyond in their service and exhibit exceptional work, a positive attitude, and a supportive demeanor. Lucas Oil Center is proud to acknowledge the employees of the month from both our Eastside and Westside locations along with the Nitro Wash.

To be selected for this recognition, employees must meet standards in four key areas: Attitude and Commitment, People Skills, Work Performance, and Personal Traits. We felt that these people exemplify these qualities, making a positive impact on both our customers and their co-workers.

Ryan Barbosa is an experienced and dependable top and bottom side Lube Technician. After a short leave from Lucas Oil Center, Ryan has jumped in like he never left, helping the new guys with more efficient ways to do services and always paying attention to what’s going on around him in the shop, making sure all protocols and procedures are being followed.

Ryan is always on task, organized, and willing to help anyone out in the shop. His experience in the shop shows in his knowledge day to day.

Alden Sarver has been with the Nitro Wash since high school and is now in his 2nd semester at USI studying Computer Science. He wears many hats with us from Wash Lead to helping with our website.

Alden is extremely dependable and always willing to help out wherever needed. He is a hard worker who gets the job done every time, no matter the task.

AJ Caldwell is a top and bottom side technician working on becoming a Lead Tech. He has been with Lucas Oil Center a little over three months and has shown he is a team player, a go getter, and an all around great guy!

He has experience in the automotive field and has embraced our culture. He is constantly growing within the company as he strives to climb up the ladder.
