April 2024 Employees Of The Month

The Employee of the Month program aims to acknowledge employees who go above and beyond in their service and exhibit exceptional work, a positive attitude, and a supportive demeanor. Lucas Oil Center is proud to acknowledge the employees of the month from both our Eastside and Westside locations along with the Nitro Wash.

To be selected for this recognition, employees must meet standards in four key areas: Attitude and Commitment, People Skills, Work Performance, and Personal Traits. We felt that these people exemplify these qualities, making a positive impact on both our customers and their co-workers.

Lucas Oil Center East April 2024 Employee of the Month, Evan Varden, Lead Lube Technician

Evan Varden is an employee everyone always wants to be around. He is constantly surrounded by smiles and laughter. Evan proves everyday that he is exceptionally knowledgeable with cars and their unique maintenance schedules. Not only is he knowledgeable, but he makes sure every customer knows what maintenance their car needs and ensures that they are properly informed.

Evan is extremely thorough with every single vehicle he works on and is always willing to help a customer or even fellow employees.

Nitro Wash April 2024 Employee of the Month, Kurt Long, Shift Lead

Kurt Long is a fantastic salesman and is the driving force behind our sales team. Always going above and beyond, Kurt takes the initiative in teaching new hires how to explain our seasonal deals on Wash Books and Fastpasses to potential customers. He has an upbeat attitude, customers adore him, and is a pleasure to work alongside.

You will not have a bad day when working with Kurt. He has been with us for over 2 years and is an essential asset in our team.

Lucas Oil Center West April 2024 Employee of the Month, Glenn Legate, Lube Technician

Glenn Legate is one of our most dependable employees. Always on time and ready to go, Glenn starts every single day with a smile on his face. Currently attending school for his associates degree in Automotive Technology, Glenn grows everyday alongside his knowledge of all things automotive.

Glenn takes care of every customer’s vehicle with dedication and professionalism. He ensures not one customer leaves Lucas Oil Center without receiving top notch service on their vehicle.
