Employees of the Month | October 2023

The Employee of the Month program aims to acknowledge employees who go above and beyond in their service and exhibit exceptional work, a positive attitude, and a supportive demeanor. Lucas Oil Center is proud to acknowledge the employees of the month from both our Eastside and Westside locations along with the Nitro Wash.

To be selected for this recognition, employees must meet standards in four key areas: Attitude and Commitment, People Skills, Work Performance, and Personal Traits. We felt that these people exemplify these qualities, making a positive impact on both our customers and their co-workers.

Kodey Snyder is a hard worker and reliable. Showing up on time in a good mood and ready to work, he stays busy throughout his day. He also is willing to come in on his days off when the help is needed. Kodey’s effort also extends to stepping up and helping around the shop to make sure things are running smoothly.

Paige Maxey has consistently stood out over the past couple of months. Always being proactive when things are slow, she demonstrates a strong sense of urgency, and pays attention to detail. She also handles constructive criticism gracefully and maintains a positive attitude throughout her shift. And to top things off, her exceptional people skills are complemented by a constant smile on her face.

Tabitha (Tabs) Brown is a staple of our westside location. Her always present smile, positive attitude and inviting nature put customers at ease. She also helps keep her coworkers in check when needed and goes above and beyond to take on additional tasks, making sure the outcome exceeds expectations.

Tabs has also been instrumental in working out the kinks of a new internal manager program and recently took charge in collecting donations for our Breast Cancer Giveback, helping us raise over $700 at our westside location alone! She is definitely a rock star in our eyes.
