Employees of the Month | November 2023

The Employee of the Month program aims to acknowledge employees who go above and beyond in their service and exhibit exceptional work, a positive attitude, and a supportive demeanor. Lucas Oil Center is proud to acknowledge the employees of the month from both our Eastside and Westside locations along with the Nitro Wash.

To be selected for this recognition, employees must meet standards in four key areas: Attitude and Commitment, People Skills, Work Performance, and Personal Traits. We felt that these people exemplify these qualities, making a positive impact on both our customers and their co-workers.

Kenny Rohner is a great part of our team. He is a hard worker and always staying proactive. He’s constantly looking to learn how to perform other services to expand his skill set.

Kenny’s customer interactions ensure customers stay informed and are aware of any preventative maintenance needs their vehicle may have. And when someone on the team needs it, he’s there to step in and help out.

Drake Wilke despite being one of our newer employees, has been on the fast track since day one. He is a quick learner and takes pride in his work. He is also extremely kind and respectful to customers and his peers.

In the short time since Drake was hired, he has given some of our top Nitro Wash employees a run for their money! He is currently our second highest salesman this period.

Dave Bateman is an obvious pick for Employee of the Month for several reasons. He always has a smile on his face, shows up on time every day he works, and never shies from pitching in, helping out or mentoring any of his teammates.

Dave is also our second longest employee company-wide, just recently hitting his 10 year anniversary back in September. He truly loves his job, and you can see that in everything he does.
