How Do they work?
1. PURCHASE
Wash books are for sale at either Lucas Oil Center location or the Nitro Wash Office. You can ask any of our employees for assistance or just walk up to the front desk.
They are are also now available for purchase online. Sign in to the web portal, navigate to the washes tab, and you can purchase any of the options there. You will receive QR codes for all of the washes that you can redeem at the kiosks.
2. Enter Through right lane
Our Nitro Wash has two separate lanes. The left lane closest to the vacuums is used for our Fast Pass Members and cashless transactions. The right lane, closest to the road, accepts cash, as well. To use the wash book, you can pull into either lane.
3. SCAN WASHBOOK BARCODE
All of the wash tickets have a one-use barcode. When you plan on using one, separate it from the book by using the convenient tear-off at the top, making it easier to keep track of how many you have left.
After that, scan the barcode located at the bottom of the ticket on the barcode reader on the left middle side of the kiosk. Finally, grab your receipt and go through the wash!
