Lucas Multi-Purpose Parts Cleaner & Degreaser is a versatile automotive aerosol cleaning solution, formulated with advanced Polyetheramine (PEA) detergents, which effectively clean and degrease various automotive parts including carburetors, chokes, brake calipers, rotors, air intakes, throttle bodies, and unpainted metal parts. This product is designed to remove build-ups that can cause issues like power loss, rough idle, high emissions, and hard starting. Additionally, it is effective in cleaning brakes for improved performance and smoother operation.

Lucas Multi-Purpose Parts Cleaner & Degreaser is fast-drying and safe for use on components like catalytic converters and oxygen sensors. It does not contain CFCs or chlorinated solvents, ensuring compliance with VOC regulations in all 50 states. This degreaser comes in a convenient aerosol can, making it easy to apply.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
IMPORTANT AVOID SPRAYING DIRECTLY ON MASS AIR FLOW (MAF) SENSOR.

SHAKE CAN THOROUGHLY BEFORE USE

THROTTLE BODIES, CARBURETORS AND CHOKES:

• • With air filter or rubber boot removed and engine running, spray into and around butterfly to clean throttle plate area.
  • DO NOT spray directly on plastic parts, electrical connections or painted surfaces.
  • Before replacing air filter or rubber boot, spray linkages and exterior of throttle body.
  • Wipe excess spray off immediately if overspray occurs

BRAKES:

• • During brake service spray liberally over drums, rotors, linkages and unpainted calipers
  • Avoid spraying on painted caliper covers
  • Air dry or wipe with a clean, dry towel

ALL OTHER METAL PARTS:

• • Spray and wipe or air dry.

Will not harm catalytic convertors and oxygen sensors.

Keep away from heat/sparks/open flames/hot surfaces. No smoking. Do not spray on an open flame or other ignition source. Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C (122°F). Avoid breathing vapor or mist. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Over-expose to vapor may cause irritation of the eyes and may cause headaches, nausea, dizziness and general numbness. Inhalation of mist may cause irritation of the throat and lungs. Use in a well ventilated area. Intentional misuse by deliberately concentrating and inhaling contents may be harmful or fatal.
