This warm and friendly person is responsible for assisting the customer experience in the lobby from check-in to check-out. Experience with sales and selling is a plus.

To Be Successful in this Role:

Provide excellent customer service while managing and maintaining the lobby area. Operate and inventory coffee bar area as needed. Handle all incoming phone calls and direct customer questions/concerns to the appropriate person. Arriving and clocking in with plenty of time to complete opening procedures. Always represent the company in an honorable and ethical manner on and off the time clock.

Job Duties:

• • Preparing the lobby for the day of business
  • Greeting customers in a friendly manner
  • Communicating efficiently with the shop regarding any special circumstances including customer vehicle and service requests
  • Making sure all shelves and inventory areas are clean and fully stocked
  • Regularly cleaning and sanitizing all common areas that have customer access
  • Making sure that essential and non-essential items are ordered weekly as needed
  • Managing money and cash drawers
  • Learning Fleet Card account processes
  • Running Fleet Cards & being knowledgeable regarding fleet account processes

• Work with Distribution on eCommerce and online order fulfillment
• Maintaining and managing lobby coffee bar & inventory (fluctuates per location)
• Helping with tasks assigned by Management

Qualifications:

• Qualifications included but not limited to the following:
• Must have valid drivers license
• High School diploma or GED
• Experience in customer service preferred but not required
• Experience in sales or selling a plus
• Able to multi-task and critically think
• Well groomed, proper hygiene, professional presentation
• Example: Clothes clean and wrinkle free, hair brushed, teeth clean, daily shower
• Physically able to lift at least 25 pounds from a squatting position and able to stay on feet 8-10 hours per day
• Reliable transportation
• Pass a pre-employment screening

Wage:

Starting wage for this position is $15.00/hr. as an hourly employee.
