The Employee of the Month program aims to acknowledge employees who go above and beyond in their service and exhibit exceptional work, a positive attitude, and a supportive demeanor. Lucas Oil Center is proud to acknowledge the employees of the month from both our Eastside and Nitro Wash locations.
To be selected for this recognition, employees must meet standards in four key areas: Attitude and Commitment, People Skills, Work Performance, and Personal Traits. We felt that these people exemplify these qualities, making a positive impact on both our customers and their co-workers.
Lucas Oil Center East September 2025 Employee of the Month, Donavon Cabell, Manager
Donnie, a long time employee that has managed both stores, is an excellent leader and essential member of our company. He is always supportive and uplifting to all of our employees and never hesitates to mentor them to help them be a better member of our team.
There is no situation in the shop that Donnie cannot handle, even under a lot of pressure. His knowledge and dedication to high quality services are always on display when in the shop, while still remaining an excellent leader that keeps the team on track and reaching for new goals. He is truly the backbone of our team at the East side and we are happy to have him!
Nitro Wash September 2025 Employee of the Month, Paige Maxey, Wash Technician
Paige is an excellent member of our team at the Nitro Wash. She is always coming to work ready to work hard with a smile on her face. She is not afraid of going out and interacting with customers and is always someone you can look forward to work with.
Paige is currently a senior in high school and is the co-captain of her cheerleading team. She loves being involved in her community and school and is looking forward to attending college next year. We are very thankful to have her as part of our team!
Lucas Oil Center West Side September 2025 Employee of the Month, Xander Burkett, Lube Technician
Xander is the newest member of our team at the West side and has helped make an impact immediately. His salesmanship is already excellent and he has been a very reliable team member that everyone on our team can rely on.
We can count on Xander to always have a positive attitude and put his full effort into each and every service. He is also not afraid of learning skills and taking constructive criticism when needed to improve his ability. We are grateful to have him and we look forward to seeing his growth as he continues to learn and work hard.
