September 2022 Employees Of The Month

The purpose of the Employee of the Month Program is to recognize employees who have served in an exceptional manner by exemplifying outstanding service through his or her work and exhibiting a positive and supportive attitude. Lucas Oil Center is proud to honor this month’s employees of the month from our East side location, our West side location, and our Nitro Car Wash.

Employees who are chosen for this honor must meet certain criteria in four categories: Attitude and Commitment, People Skills, Work Performance, and Personal Traits.

Under work personal traits, we look at the following:

Maintains an appropriate and neat personal appearance and professional dress
Professional demeanor
Conscientious, honest, hard-working
Integrity, on and off the job

We felt that each of these people exemplifies these qualities, making a positive impact on both our customers and their co-workers.

Lucas Oil Center East September 2022 Employee of the Month, Kristina Landrum, Service Desk Representative

Kristina (Kris) Landrum is such a positive influence in our company. No matter what challenges life brings her, she shows up with a smile ready to work. She even tries to come in and tough it out when she is sick. Kris’ co-workers describe her as thorough, detail oriented, hardworking, dedicated, and kind. She is a shoulder to cry on and a friend to all.

Kris is always willing to do anything she is asked to, even if it’s out of her comfort zone. Kris is one of our most dependable employees – “She just shows up.” Her customer service skills and ability to work with the public are top notch. She can handle any situation with grace and kindness. Kris is smart and caring and Lucas Oil Center is so lucky and blessed to have her. We appreciate her more than she knows.

Nitro Car Wash East September 2022 Employee of the Month, Alec Knies, Lead Wash Technician

Alec Knies is an Employee of the Month for the 2^nd time in 3 months. Alec is very smart and extremely dependable. He is always smiling and willing to help customers and his co-workers. Alec is a Wash Lead and takes his role very seriously. He is always on time and is always trying to help and make himself available to cover a shift or do a special project. Alec is respectful and reliable. He is always going above and beyond to get the job done and it doesn’t go unnoticed. We love his dedication to responsibility and detail. Keep up the great work, Alec!

Lucas Oil Center West September 2022 Employee of the Month, Josh Anderson, Lube Technician

Josh Anderson has been with Lucas Oil Center for several years and is affectionately referred to as Mr. Anderson. Josh came to Lucas Oil Center from a completely different background working in office equipment, but he had a passion for cars and wanted to try something different. He has proven himself to be a very dependable worker giving it his all and putting all his effort into his position. Josh has a funny personality and is always up for making someone laugh. He is a fun person to be around, and we hope to work with him for many years to come. Thank you, Josh.
