The Employee of the Month program aims to acknowledge employees who go above and beyond in their service and exhibit exceptional work, a positive attitude, and a supportive demeanor. Lucas Oil Center is proud to acknowledge the employees of the month from both our Eastside and Nitro Wash locations.
To be selected for this recognition, employees must meet standards in four key areas: Attitude and Commitment, People Skills, Work Performance, and Personal Traits. We felt that these people exemplify these qualities, making a positive impact on both our customers and their co-workers.
Lucas Oil Center East November 2025 Employee of the Month, Rob Mann, Lube Technician
Rob is one of the most impactful technicians on our team. His customer service and ability to recommend additional services to customers is unmatched as he really takes pride in his role on the floor. He is also always willing to help newer techs, even without being asked.
His amazing team communication and willingness to lend a hand has raised him a lot of respect from his fellow coworkers. Even during the busiest of days, his attitude remains positive which makes a huge difference in productivity and team morale across the whole shop. We really appreciate all Rob does and we’re happy to have him on our team!
Nitro Wash November 2025 Employee of the Month, Eli Knies, Wash Technician
Ever since he has started working at the Nitro Wash, Eli has been described as a reliable, hard working employee that is always willing to step up wherever he is needed. He fulfills all of his duties with ease and goes above and beyond even when no one is watching.
Eli is also quick to adapt to any new responsibilities that we ask of him and is someone that we can count on to always show up on time and ready to work. We are very happy to have him as a part of our team!
