Because we were so busy in October, we did not have employees of the month for that month. But we are back with November’s standout employees.
The purpose of the Employee of the Month Program is to recognize employees who have served in an exceptional manner by exemplifying outstanding service through his or her work and exhibiting a positive and supportive attitude. Lucas Oil Center is proud to honor this month’s employees of the month from our East side location, our West side location, and our Nitro Car Wash.
Employees who are chosen for this honor must meet certain criteria in four categories: Attitude and Commitment, People Skills, Work Performance, and Personal Traits.
Under work attitude and commitment, we look at the following:
- Dedicated to fulfilling job responsibilities
- Demonstrates good customer service skills
- Consistently dependable and is punctual in reporting to work
- Active involvement in work related activities
- Serves as a role model to others
- Goes above and beyond the requirements of the job
We felt that each of these people exemplifies these qualities, making a positive impact on both our customers and their co-workers.
Lucas Oil Center East November 2022 Employee of the Month, Roy Carter, Lube Technician
Roy Carter was nominated for Employee of the Month by his co-workers, and they all had to say about the same thing: Roy is dependable, funny, laid back, and doesn’t let anything get to him. You may recognize Roy in the pit with his curly hair and big smile! Roy does a great job and is always eager to learn more.
Roy rolls with the punches and is willing to do whatever is asked of him. He is a friend to everyone and keeps everyone smiling. Roy never complains and is always willing to do what it takes to get the job done. Roy is passionate about cars, his friends, and life in general. We are so excited to see where Roy’s bright future takes him!
Nitro Car Wash East November 2022 Employee of the Month, Reece Wilder, Wash Technician
Reece Wilder earned the Employee of the Month for being a solid team player. Reece is one of our busy athletes who also splits his time working. Reece is sure to put you in a good mood with his welcoming personality and smile as he guides you into the wash tunnel. Reece is always polite and frequently gets positive customer feedback.
Reece’s co-workers describe him as a great wash tech with lots of patience. He is always reliable and willing to help anyone that asks. Reece is considerate of other’s feelings, time, and schedule. We know that Reece will do great things in the future, and we can’t wait to cheer him on!
Lucas Oil Center West November 2022 Employee of the Month, Sean Wilkey, Lube Technician
Sean Wilkey has earned his Employee of the Month based off his exceptional growth in the company. Sean has really grown up, flourished, and matured right before our eyes. He has developed into a rock-solid Lube Tech and has been continuing to improve every day. Sean is always respectful and caring. He is always smiling with his funny personality and lighthearted attitude.
Sean truly cares about Lucas Oil Center, his co-workers, and customers. We hope Sean will continue his career at Lucas Oil Center because he has a bright future ahead of him. We are so blessed to have him!
