The Employee of the Month program aims to acknowledge employees who go above and beyond in their service and exhibit exceptional work, a positive attitude, and a supportive demeanor. Lucas Oil Center is proud to acknowledge the employees of the month from both our Eastside and Nitro Wash locations.
To be selected for this recognition, employees must meet standards in four key areas: Attitude and Commitment, People Skills, Work Performance, and Personal Traits. We felt that these people exemplify these qualities, making a positive impact on both our customers and their co-workers.
Lucas Oil Center East May 2025 Employee of the Month, Ryan Barbosa, Lube Technician
Ryan “Barb” Barbosa is awarded with his second employee of the month award this year for his continued commitment to great service. He is always someone to lean on when you could use a hand in the shop as he is very knowledgeable and aware of what is going on at all times.
Barb is never afraid of staying late when needed and is always exactly where he needs to be. He never shows up late and has an unmatched work ethic. We are very lucky to have him as a part of our team.
Nitro Wash May 2025 Employee of the Month, Deacon Wilke, Wash Technician
Deacon Wilke is also a recipient of two employee of the month awards this year. He is a reliable worker that is always on time and willing to do what is needed from him.
Deacon has really grown into his leadership role and further developed his already great customer service skills. You can always expect to see him at work with a smile on his face. He has been a very important piece to the Nitro Wash team for many years now and we are grateful for the amazing work he puts in.

Lucas Oil Center West Side May 2025 Employee of the Month, Donnie Wilson, Master Mechanic
Donnie Wilson is one of the most valuable workers for the entire company. As our master mechanic, he is unrivaled in knowledge about vehicles and there is nothing that he cannot do.
Donnie is always someone we can count on and he never fails to bring his positive attitude with him to work every single day. He is even willing to jump in and help out on lube bays when he has the time. He also never hesitates to stay late to help get customer’s vehicles returned to them in the best possible condition. His upbeat personality, constant laughter and dedication make a big impact on both the team and our customers.
