The Employee of the Month program aims to acknowledge employees who go above and beyond in their service and exhibit exceptional work, a positive attitude, and a supportive demeanor. Lucas Oil Center is proud to acknowledge the employees of the month from both our Eastside and Nitro Wash locations.
To be selected for this recognition, employees must meet standards in four key areas: Attitude and Commitment, People Skills, Work Performance, and Personal Traits. We felt that these people exemplify these qualities, making a positive impact on both our customers and their co-workers.
Lucas Oil Center East March 2026 Employee of the Month, John Clippinger, Lube Technician
John Clippinger is our March 2026 Employee of the Month for his dedication to the company and excellent work ethic. John has been instrumental in helping maintain the shop, especially with the installation of the new pit steel. He consistently steps up wherever needed and is always willing to lend a hand.
John isn’t afraid of long hours and continually supports the team when we are short-staffed. His extensive knowledge of cars has been a tremendous asset to our operations. We are grateful for his hard work and commitment—congratulations, John!
Nitro Wash March 2026 Employee of the Month, Alden Sarver, Marketing, Donations Director & Lead Wash Technician
During the month of March, the Nitro Wash finally completed a many months long project to upgrade our Point-Of-Sale System. It was a true team effort; however, Alden was the undisputed MVP! Alden was such a blessing during this upgrade that we don’t even know where to start. He applied his full range of skills to many different aspects of this Conversion Project. Alden took charge, always being the first to jump in when help was needed. His brains and technical insight were also a huge help during this project, as he worked closely with the new software, new terminals, and new iPads to ensure everything was working as it should and working to fix and tweak the systems if anything was out of place. Though there were some bumps in the road, Alden rolled with the punches and was never discouraged. He showed selflessness and put in some long days, putting his team first and making sure everything was working and on track to reopen as the carwash as soon as possible.
We could go on and on about Alden! We are so thankful to have him as a part of our Lucas Oil Center family, and we cannot imagine what completing this project without him may have looked like. Thank you so much for all your hard work, Alden!
