Lucas Oil Center East June 2026 Employee of the Month, John Clippinger, Lead Pit Boss & Car Wash Maintenance Tech
Since joining Lucas Oil, John has been a valuable asset to our team, demonstrating an outstanding work ethic and a commitment to excellence every day.
This past month, John dedicated countless hours to keeping the car wash running during an extended maintenance period. His willingness to step up, put in the extra time, and tackle every challenge without complaint has made a tremendous difference.
John is always positive, dependable, and leads by example. His great attitude, leadership, and teamwork make him someone everyone enjoys working with.
Nitro Wash June 2026 Employee of the Month, Maranda Scarbrough, Wash Technician
Maranda is someone that our Nitro Wash team can always count on to be at work on time and ready to go with a positive attitude. She is constantly giving her 100% effort to the tasks she is given and is a joy to work alongside. She also never hesitates to lend a hand to her coworkers by picking up extra shifts and assisting in anyway she can. We really appreciate all she does and look forward to seeing her grow further with our team at the Nitro Wash!
Lucas Oil Center West June 2026 Employee of the Month, Noah Jones, Mechanic
Noah has won this award at the West side location many times and for good reason. His work ethic and technical ability to repair cars is exemplary. He is never afraid to step up and help work on cars in the bays between auto repair jobs and will help anyone who needs it. He is a massive help at the shop and we really appreciate all he does for the company.
