The Employee of the Month program aims to acknowledge employees who go above and beyond in their service and exhibit exceptional work, a positive attitude, and a supportive demeanor. Lucas Oil Center is proud to acknowledge the employees of the month from both our Eastside and Nitro Wash locations.
To be selected for this recognition, employees must meet standards in four key areas: Attitude and Commitment, People Skills, Work Performance, and Personal Traits. We felt that these people exemplify these qualities, making a positive impact on both our customers and their co-workers.
Lucas Oil Center East June 2025 Employee of the Month, Avrie Ezell, Service Desk Attendant
Avrie Ezell has done an excellent job at working the service desk. She is always staying busy by making sure the lobby stays clean and customers are taken care of. Her customer service skills are exemplary and she is a great teammate to work alongside.
Avrie is also very dependable, as she is always willing to come in and cover a shift if needed and always has a smile on her face. She is eager to learn new things on the desk everyday to make her more proficient at her job. We thank her for her continued hard work.
Nitro Wash June 2025 Employee of the Month, Isaiah Lampton, Lead Wash Technician
Isaiah Lampton has been with us for multiple years now and continues to come to work everyday with the same drive and work ethic as he did when he first started. His fellow coworkers really enjoy working with him as he always comes to work on time and with a great mindset.
Isaiah’s attention to detail is what sets him a part, as he is always going above and beyond to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their service. He has also grown into being a great trainer for any new employees at the wash, assisting them in learning how everything there is to know about the Nitro Wash.
Lucas Oil Center West Side June 2025 Employee of the Month, Kodey Snyder, Lube Manager
Kodey Snyder is an amazing manager for the west side crew. He is always there for his employees when they need assistance and is always looking to go above and beyond to ensure that the jobs are done to the highest standard.
Kodey brings his positive attitude and extensive work ethic to every shift. He also is great at holding all his employees accountable and making sure they are giving their 100% to every customer that comes into our establishment. We really appreciate his dedication to leading his team and helping out the company in every way possible.
