The Employee of the Month program aims to acknowledge employees who go above and beyond in their service and exhibit exceptional work, a positive attitude, and a supportive demeanor. Lucas Oil Center is proud to acknowledge the employees of the month from both our Eastside and Nitro Wash locations.
To be selected for this recognition, employees must meet standards in four key areas: Attitude and Commitment, People Skills, Work Performance, and Personal Traits. We felt that these people exemplify these qualities, making a positive impact on both our customers and their co-workers.
Lucas Oil Center East July 2026 Employee of the Month, Mike Johnston, Lube Technician
Mike has been with us for awhile now and has consistently demonstrated his strong work ethic, attention to detail and outstanding commitment to providing excellent services to all of our customers.
He keeps a positive attitude at all times and is truly someone that we can count on to lend a hand whenever needed. We really appreciate his hard work and dedication to being a great member of our team on the East side!
Nitro Wash July 2026 Employee of the Month, Eli Knies, Wash Technician
Eli has won this award a couple of times now and for good reason. He is a dependable team member who is always on time and ready to work.
He has also helped pick up shifts and is always willing to step up whenever his team needs him. Even during his studies in college, he is someone we can count on and we are happy to have him as a big part of our team!
Lucas Oil Center West July 2026 Employee of the Month, Ricky Krietemeyer, Lube Technician
Ricky is a very hard worker that all of our team members on the West side can count on. His knowledge of servicing vehicles is outstanding and he is always doing what it takes to ensure customers leave our shop with a car that is properly taken care of.
He also does a great job at recommending and performing additional services to our customers that may need them. We are happy that he is a part of our team!
