The Employee of the Month program aims to acknowledge employees who go above and beyond in their service and exhibit exceptional work, a positive attitude, and a supportive demeanor. Lucas Oil Center is proud to acknowledge the employees of the month from both our Eastside and Nitro Wash locations.
To be selected for this recognition, employees must meet standards in four key areas: Attitude and Commitment, People Skills, Work Performance, and Personal Traits. We felt that these people exemplify these qualities, making a positive impact on both our customers and their co-workers.
Lucas Oil Center East July 2025 Employee of the Month, Jay Mofield, Lube Technician
Jay Mofield is an excellent member of our team at the east side. He is always staying busy and making sure all of our customers are satisfied with their services.
Jay is also very dependable, as he is always willing to step up and pick up any tasks that he is asked to do without any complaints. He is also someone we can rely on to be on time and ready to work with a great attitude. We are grateful for his hard work.
Nitro Wash July 2025 Employee of the Month, Maranda Scarbrough, Wash Technician
Maranda Scarbrough has only been with us for a couple of months now and has already become a big part of our team. She is a joy to work with and shows up ready to work hard every shift.
Maranda has been described by our team as a go-getter and it is easy to tell that she is a dedicated member of the team at the wash. In her short time with us, she has really adjusted to our culture quickly and we are happy to have her as a part of the team.
Lucas Oil Center West Side July 2025 Employee of the Month, Andrew Dunsworth, Lube Technician
Andrew Dunsworth has already won an employee of the month award this year, but he has not stopped showing his worth to our team at the west side! He is an amazing team member and is a joy to work with. He is always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that his services are done to the highest standard.
Andrew brings his positive attitude and great knowledge of vehicles with him to every shift. He also is not scared to get his hands dirty on different jobs and will not hesitate or complain when more things are put on his plate. We are very happy to have him on our team!
