Employees of the Month | July 2023

The Employee of the Month program aims to acknowledge employees who go above and beyond in their service and exhibit exceptional work, a positive attitude, and a supportive demeanor. Lucas Oil Center is proud to acknowledge the employees of the month from both our East side and West side locations along with the Nitro Wash.

To be selected for this recognition, employees must meet standards in four key areas: Attitude and Commitment, People Skills, Work Performance, and Personal Traits. We felt that these people exemplify these qualities, making a positive impact on both our customers and their co-workers.

Skylar Rudisill is eager to learn new things to advance his knowledge as well as his career. He meets any challenge put before him head on with a positive attitude. He’s also been known to play the role of motivator in the shop when his coworkers get in a funk. And he displays leadership qualities that make him a definite asset to the Lucas Oil Center team.

Kayleigh Fodge has stepped up to the plate in a clutch! She often covers for people when they need a shift covered last-minute, works her tail off when she’s here, and follows everything to a T. She balances her athletics, work, school and home life like a champ and often doesn’t get the credit she deserves.

Kayleigh was recently faced with a difficult situation on the job and did everything right. She remained calm and took action. We are very proud of her and the way she’s able to handle the difficulties that come with the job.

Sean Caton brings a lot to the West side team. Since he started, he’s gone above and beyond to help his coworkers out with their cars, making sure they get every tire aired up, windshield cleaned, and washer fluid filled. He loves to learn more about cars and makes everyone laugh while getting his work done.
