To be selected for this recognition, employees must meet standards in four key areas: Attitude and Commitment, People Skills, Work Performance, and Personal Traits. We felt that these people exemplify these qualities, making a positive impact on both our customers and their co-workers.
Lucas Oil Center East January 2026 Employee of the Month, Cameron Adams, Lube Technician
Since joining our team at the East side, Cameron has been one our most reliable and trustworthy technicians. He shows up to every shift and comes in on days we need the extra help if he is not in school. He is great with customers and great with his fellow employees.
He always has a great attitude when he is at work and is eager to learn all he can. He is getting very good at recommending fuel additives to all his customers as he knows how much the car will benefit from it and any other preventative maintenance that is needed by mileage. Thank you for your hard work and dedication Cameron.
Nitro Wash January 2026 Employee of the Month, Ethan Wright, Wash Technician
Ethan has only been with us for a few months but has made a very significant impact to our team at the Nitro Wash. He is a go-getter that is always willing to pick up shifts and step in when and wherever needed, even on his days off.
His dedication to always being on the move and achieving something meaningful while on shift is evident and makes him very trustworthy. We are very happy to have him on our team.
Lucas Oil Center West January 2026 Employee of the Month, Noah Jones, Mechanic
Noah has won multiple employee of the month awards over his few years of working with us and for good reason. He is always showing up on time, staying focused and handling his responsibilities without ever needing to be reminded.
His knowledge and skill is very valuable in our shop and he is always willing to learn new things to help out anywhere he can. He truly cares about getting the job done right and improves how our shop runs drastically. He is a key part of our team on the West side and we are happy to have him.
