Lucas Oil Center East February 2026 Employee of the Month, Noah Lakatos, Lube Technician
Noah has been a valuable asset to our team for quite some time. He started with us as a bottom-side technician and has since expanded his skills and is now trained on topside as well.
Noah is someone we can rely on as he takes his job seriously and consistently works hard to provide great service to every customer that comes through our shop. He does an excellent job communicating with customers, explaining their vehicle’s needs, and making helpful recommendations. Whether it’s fuel treatments, engine flushes, or other services, he is quick to know when a customer could benefit and never hesitates to mention it. Thank you for all you do, Noah!
Nitro Wash February 2026 Employee of the Month, Alec Knies, Assistant Manager
Alec has worn many hats at the wash over his many years with us and he is always consistent as a leader. He’s someone the team can count on to step in wherever help is needed.
Even while finishing his last few years at USI, he continues to handle his responsibilities here with dedication and a strong work ethic. His reliability and willingness to help make a real difference for the team are shown every time he is on shift and we are happy to been able to see him grow over the years.
Lucas Oil Center West February 2026 Employee of the Month, Ryan Barbosa, Lube Technician
Ryan, or Barb, as we all know him by, has been with us off and on over many years and we are always glad to have him as a part of our team. His work ethic and experience as a technician are something we can always rely on.
Barb just recently returned to lend us a hand over at the West side, and in his short time back has made a huge difference. From a boost in team morale from his sense of humor to his overall knowledge of our shop, he is always an excellent addition to our team.
