Employees of the Month | February 2022

The purpose of the Employee of the Month Program is to recognize employees who have served in an exceptional manner by exemplifying outstanding service through his or her work and exhibiting a positive and supportive attitude. Lucas Oil Center is proud to honor this month’s employees of the month from our East side location, our West side location, and our Nitro Car Wash.

Employees who are chosen for this honor must meet certain criteria in four categories: Attitude and Commitment, People Skills, Work Performance, and Personal Traits.

Under people skills, we look at the following:

• Displays a helpful, cooperative, and positive attitude towards co-workers and superiors
• Consistently friendly and available to others
• Uses effective listening skills
• Has a team player attitude
• Voluntarily assists co-workers to complete important department projects

We felt that each one of these people exemplifies these qualities, making a positive impact on both our customers and their co-workers.

Jalon was nominated by his managers and co-workers because he is always in a good mood. He takes great pride in his work and is very thorough in everything he does. He sets the standard when communicating with our customers. He is an excellent role model!

Evan was nominated by his managers and co-workers because he is always willing to pitch in without complaint. Whatever is asked of Evan, he does. He also is very thorough and has good customer interaction.

Christian was nominated by his managers and co-workers because of his great willingness to continue learning, his positive attitude, and good punctuality. He always has a positive energy that he brings to work.
