To be selected for this recognition, employees must meet standards in four key areas: Attitude and Commitment, People Skills, Work Performance, and Personal Traits. We felt that these people exemplify these qualities, making a positive impact on both our customers and their co-workers.
Lucas Oil Center East August 2025 Employee of the Month, John Clippinger, Lube Technician
John is as reliable as you can get when it comes to showing up to work ready to provide the best services for our customers. His work ethic and overall pride in what he does is evident and he is always willing to go above and beyond to satisfy anyone.
He has also been described as dedicated and attentive to all of the small details that set higher standards for our company. You can also always count on him to have a positive attitude and willingness to support others, which makes him not only a reliable technician but also a valuable teammate who raises the bar for those around him.
Nitro Wash August 2025 Employee of the Month, Isaiah Lampton, Lead Wash Technician
Isaiah is a crucial part of our team at the Nitro Wash that we cannot say enough good things about. He has won this award many times and he continues to show that same work ethic and reliability that he always has.
From training newer employees to be able to perform all of their expected duties to excellent customer service, we can count on him for anything at the Nitro Wash. He is always going above and beyond for our customers and is someone that all of our employees love to work with.
Lucas Oil Center West Side August 2025 Employee of the Month, Noah Brown, Mechanic
Noah provides a skill set at our West side location that we are so happy to have. His knowledge of vehicles is extensive and he never fails to go above and beyond to provide the best service for our customers.
As one of our mechanics, he always has his hands full with services and maintenance but is still willing to help out anyone in the shop that could use his guidance or expertise. His positive attitude and work ethic make him an excellent member of our team on the West side!
