Employees of the Month | August 2023

The Employee of the Month program aims to acknowledge employees who go above and beyond in their service and exhibit exceptional work, a positive attitude, and a supportive demeanor. Lucas Oil Center is proud to acknowledge the employees of the month from both our Eastside and Westside locations along with the Nitro Wash.

To be selected for this recognition, employees must meet standards in four key areas: Attitude and Commitment, People Skills, Work Performance, and Personal Traits. We felt that these people exemplify these qualities, making a positive impact on both our customers and their co-workers.

Skylar Rudisill is eager to learn new things to advance his knowledge as well as his career. He meets any challenge put before him head on with a positive attitude. He’s also been known to play the role of motivator in the shop when his coworkers get in a funk. And he displays leadership qualities that make him a definite asset to the Lucas Oil Center team.

This is the second month in a row Skylar has been employee of the month. Congrats on another month and keep up the good work!

Isaiah Lampton has become a crucial part of the Nitro Wash team, taking on the responsibility of his key holder position with ease. He is very kind and considerate to peers and customers and does a great job. Just starting out his college career, he’s learning both in the classroom and on the jobsite as he begins to take on a bigger role at the Nitro Wash.

Glenn Legate is a reliable part of our westside team, showing up every shift on time ready to go. He’s very mechanically inclined and is always looking to learn more. He’s very thorough on every vehicle he works on and has a good eye for catching problems so he can relay the information to the customer for further repair.
