The Employee of the Month program aims to acknowledge employees who go above and beyond in their service and exhibit exceptional work, a positive attitude, and a supportive demeanor. Lucas Oil Center is proud to acknowledge the employees of the month from both our Eastside and Nitro Wash locations.
To be selected for this recognition, employees must meet standards in four key areas: Attitude and Commitment, People Skills, Work Performance, and Personal Traits. We felt that these people exemplify these qualities, making a positive impact on both our customers and their co-workers.
Lucas Oil Center East April 2026 Employee of the Month, Rob Mann, Assistant Manager
Rob continues to demonstrate excellent attention to detail during every service, helping to ensure that all vehicles are properly inspected and customers receive high-quality care. He works with a sense of urgency, all while still maintaining safety and accuracy, helping the shop maintain fast service times without sacrificing quality.
Rob is also an excellent leader that is always willing to help our technicians, step into different roles when needed, and support the crew during busy rushes. He sets a great example that helps create a strong work environment that motivates the team perform at their best.
Nitro Wash April 2026 Employee of the Month, Isaiah Lampton, Training Manager
Isaiah is constantly stepping up to the plate when faced with any problems at the wash and never loses his great attitude. He has great attention to detail and care for the wash and all of our employees, proving to everyone that he is an excellent leader.
Since our recent Point-of-Sale upgrade, he has lead the way and continues to ensure that everyone is learning the new technology and using it to it’s potential. His customer service skills and dedication are second to none and we really appreciate all that he does for the Nitro Wash.
Lucas Oil Center West April 2026 Employee of the Month, Brendon Wallace, Lube Technician
Brendon has been back with us for only a short amount of time and has been excellent. He always shows up on time and ready to work with a positive attitude and willingness to step up and help others when needed.
He is also never afraid to ask questions and learn more about how he can help out. He is truly the standard of what we look for in an employee and he fits naturally in our culture in the shop on the West side. We are really glad to have him on our team!
