TRUNK OR TREAT
HAS BEEN POSTPONED
Due to the weather situation on Sunday, October 29, we have decided to postpone our Trunk or Treat event. We are looking at rescheduling for Tuesday, October 31. Registration would start at 5PM and the event would be from 6-8PM.
Please let us know if you would be able to bring your vehicle for this rescheduled event by completing our pre-registration information below. If we have enough cars that can make the event on Tuesday, we will reschedule. Deadline would be Monday, October 30.
HELP US RAISE MONEY AND AWARENESS
Each year, Lucas Oil Center dedicates the month of October to hold a giveback fundraiser in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. We select families in our local community who are in need of financial assistance and raise money through special events during the month.
20% of all car washes during giveback weekend will be donated to our recipients. Car wash closes at 2 PM on that Sunday to prepare for the Trunk or Treat Cruise-In.
20% of all oil changes at both our East Side Green River Road location and West Side Lloyd Expressway location will be donated to our giveback recipients.
Join us from 4-7 PM at Lucas Oil Center East. Car decorating contest. Trick or treating for kids. Free admission for public. All proceeds will be donated to recipients.

ASHLYNN’S STORY
Ashlynn Racine, from Evansville, IN, was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer with metastasis to her lymph nodes in June 2023. Her cancer was discovered during a routine exam and mammogram at age 40. She has been through chemo therapy treatments and will soon undergo surgery along with testing to see if she can receive radiation treatments.
Ashlynn has been married to her husband, Adam, for 19 years and she has two daughters. Hear more about Ashlynn and her journey in the video.
SHANNON’S STORY
Shannon Lewis, from Sebree, KY, was diagnosed with HER2+ breast cancer in May 2023. She has been through 6 rounds of chemo therapy treatments and will undergo surgery along with radiation. She will finish with a targeted drug for HER2+ breast cancer patients.
Shannon has been married to her husband, Darek, for 23 years. She has two sons and two grandchildren. Hear more about Shannon and her journey in the video.
TRUNK OR TREAT CRUISE-IN
Lucas Oil Center East
Sunday, October 29
4 PM – 7 PM
Bring the family to Lucas Oil Center on Green River Road for a fun evening of trick or treating. Or bring your car, decorate it, and pass out some candy. There will be live music, food trucks, and some great Halloween fun.
FREE ADMISSION FOR PUBLIC
If you bring a vehicle to show, registration starts at 3PM and is $20.00 along with candy to pass out to Trunk or Treaters. The first 50 entrants will receive a Trunk or Treat car plaque. Vehicle awards will be at 7 PM.
ALL REGISTRATION PROCEEDS AND DONATIONS GO BACK TO OUR GIVEBACK RECIPIENTS.
